Our Yoga for Parkinson’s series is for newly diagnosed as well as those who have navigated PD for years. It’s for care partners, neuro medical teams, yoga teachers and anyone who is interested in, new to, or experienced with what yoga can do for you.

In each 90-minute session, participants will Move through a yoga class designed to ease symptoms of Parkinson’s. Discover how to incorporate movement throughout the day. Learn how breathing techniques can help with sleep, anxiety and more. Gain insight into the benefits that practicing yoga can offer you.

Renee Le Verrier, E-RYT, is the author of "Yoga for Movement Disorders", a faculty member of the Warrior Flow School, a stroke survivor who has lived with Parkinson’s for twenty years. Renee has been teaching yoga to students and teachers for 15 years. Learn more about Renee here.
